Is it working only for USA fromAddress?

I tried USA address as my home address and seems to works ok but when I put address in UK I receiving error:
Caught exception: Failure: The requested service is unavailable between the selected locations. (111210)
Is it mean it doesn't work outside USA???

@Amiga4ever sorry for the trouble. Can you give an example of an address that is failing for you?

It could be a postal code issue. It could also be a unit of measure (lbs vs kg) issue behind the scenes.

Hi @siffring I work with @Amiga4ever

We fixed this by first adding country code to the shipper from address
james1238@e6c9bf3

Then we had to change from imperial to metric units

I haven't submitted a pull request because there needs to be a nicer way of switching between them.

I also think that negotiated pricing is being sent regardless of the toggle being on or off.

Finally if the UPS plugin returns an error saying address not found etc we really need to display this to the user.
