Nuxt 3 Support

Hi, is there a Nuxt 3 workaround? I get this errors:

okay this is just a typing error that can be worked around if i make it a .js file. Also it has to be imported client side so the extension has to be .client.js.

nevertheless I still get these errors:

Well, since you are using Nuxt 3, why not use swiper/vue directly?
