Some news site do provide read mode on the detail page but not on the start page.
It appears that reading mode is not a defined standard.

Attempt to refactor journal21 start page to show read mode.

Todo

  1. add html-5 tags: header, article, aside, main to document

  2. if it is not working create a poc in local filesystem
