Description

Currently, the consumer decides how many times a message should be retried via the maxMsgDeliveries property. This feature request is to allow the producer to set in headers or elsewhere the ability to set a maxMsgDeliveries property to tell the consumer how many times a particular message should be retried before going to the DLS, defaulting to the consumer's maxMsgDeliveries policy if not set in the message headers.
