Overview

Egret 1.7.2 Community Experienced Version is the 2nd CE version after Egret Engine 1.7 official release.In this version, we've mainly focused on sound module and bug fix. Note: Community Trial Version includes all the features in the latest final version and some up-to-date fixes and updates.

Updated Items:

Core Display List

  • Fixed Sprite’s and Shape’s inability (under cacheAsBitmap) to change accordingly when graphics change
  • Added letterSpacing and lineSpacing properties to BitmapText
  • Improved DisplayObject’s rotation accuracy
  • Fixed the bug of error alert when loading images in iOS6
  • Fixed cacheAsBitmap DisplayObject’s cropping under WebGL mode
  • Reconstructed sound module. Added position property, resume method and stop method
  • Able to support WebAudio in iOS7.0 and beyond

GUI System

  • Fixed TreeEvent.ITEM_OPENING’s preventDefault invalidity
  • Fixed TextInput prompt bug

Command line tool

  • Fixed big projects’ publishing anomaly under Windows

  • Added DataEyeSDK

Egret Android Support

  • Math library

Known Issues

  • Android Graphics API currently only supports simple line-drawing actions.
  • Android TextField API does not support bold and italic font.
  • iOS Support now only supports iOS7+ versions.
