Privileges are not working correctly during migrating between projects due to default privileges being ALL for anon, authenticated

Describe the bug
Calling,
supabase db dump --db-url [CONNECTION_STRING] -f schema.sql
Gets Privileges of tables and columns as GRANTS but calling GRANT on a already existing privilege does nothing.
Due to default privileges being ALL for anon and authenticated, after tables are created they have ALL privileges.
