Squid Kernel r23

- Better source-level Oreo compatibility. Current defconfig still for Nougat.
- Fixed surnia front camera

Squid Kernel r22c

Squid Kernel r22b
Audio driver fixes (including fixing newer ACDB loaders)
Squid Kernel r22
This release brings in another tonne of security updates, and supports new camera drivers found on the stock Nougat ROMs for lux and harpia. Despite the branch name, this branch isn't quite 100% compatible with oreo ROMs at the moment because I have the WiFi driver as a kernel module, and possibly for other reasons too. This kernel should work on all Marshmallow and Nougat ROMs, provided that the camera backwards compatibility flags are set appropriately in the defconfig.
Squid Kernel r21
Security patches and untested oreo support. Should still work on Lineage 14.1 and Stock 6.0. It won't work properly on stock nougat since I haven't yet updated camera drivers. That will happen in the next release.
