Make building hours more clear #190
Description
Context: Patron report of confusion from assuming that the IC hours (first in the location list) were the Green Library building hours. https://jirasul.stanford.edu/jira/browse/LIBWEBF-24085
Consider an enhancement to make the building hours more clear for all libraries. Design needed.
(Meanwhile, is there an easy way to force "Library & circ" to the top of the Green location list? Editing its name didn't have any effect on its order.)
