Document authority information in FOLIO, FOLIO GraphQL, and where the new linked authority information can be used

In Google Docs (or elsewhere), document where authority information resides in FOLIO models (e.g. instances, authorities, etc.), how linked authority information is modeled, and which modules/classes use authority information in FOLIO GraphQL (and wherever else we may retrieve/use it in SearchWorks and related apps).
