update-marc problem on 786 map items

Creating a ticket to have a record of this issue, but I think it's likely going to turn out to be a MARC/FOLIO problem rather than an SDR releaseWF problem. I plan to contact the content owners next week, after the fiscal year rollover is completed.

The issue: there are 786 druids with errors at the update-marc step, apparently all maps. The error message in Argo appears as:

update-marc : problem with update-marc (BackgroundJob: 34284709): {:errors=>[{:title=>"Update MARC error", :detail=>"FOLIO update not completed."}]}

I've attached a report with the list of druids, FOLIO HRIDs, and error messages.

On further inspection, many of these items share the same HRID, so the total number of MARC records to look at may be much smaller than 786.
