On a user version detail page for a user version that is (1) available (not withdrawn) and (2) not the last user version and (3) where there are object versions between the user version's object version and the following user version's object version (hereafter, available object versions):

• Provide a "Move version" button.
• When clicked, a modal opens that allows the user to select one of the available object versions.
• When submitted, moves the user version to the selected object version.
