Fixup Google Play version

1. Investigate why they rejected this PWA now... there are several apps which are just PWAs that are still approved with millions of downloads
2. Fix that issue

So they reported 2 issues:

• Must explain in detail data processed by the app.
• Must not be a simple webview, but its okay to be a PWA.

So the plan is to add some kind of PWa feature to Layl, or check if there already is some, and then upload that new APK
