"Manual Proxy" setting won't be saved after exiting the program. #33

Currently XDM 8 beta supports proxy settings (via setting -> Network settings), and can configure manual proxy. And it works.

But I have to re-configure it every time I launch XDM again!

Because the Manual Proxy setting isn't saved, and will reset to "Use system proxy settings" again and again.
