Missing some JavaScript / TypeScript mutators

• Switch mutator which is now part of the conditional expression mutator but does not seem to be documented at this time (Missing switch mutator(?) #20)
• object literal mutator
• mutator of Array constructor missing new which seems to exist for JavaScript but not for TypeScript (Mutator of Array constructor without new missing for TypeScript stryker-js#1902) does not seem to be documented in https://github.com/stryker-mutator/stryker-handbook/blob/master/mutator-types.md#array-declaration
