When I connect my Gemix A10 USB camera to a laptop (OS Windows 10), I see only a part of my face. In other programs (Skype) or WebRTC services, I did not notice such an effect of changing the scaling factor.

Tell me, pls, how I can solve the problem. How to disable this scaling?
