Feature request: Provide an example of "how to run a Gateway in Kubernetes"

Hello,

This project can create a Relay quite easily, but creating a Gateway is not well documented. I failed to understand the values I need to provide to Helm to get Helm to render a valid Gateway deployment.

I'm quite sure some customers would appreciate an end-to-end example of how to run a Gateway in K8S using this helm chart.

Bonus point if we combine that example with https://github.com/strongdm/resource-registration-scripts/blob/main/k8s-sa-and-cluster-registration-in-sdm.sh. 😁
