record icon not appearing in chat

hi;
i install mattermost-plugin-voice, but not appearing in chat(attachment icon)
but in management menu is Active On System Console > PLUGIN(BETA) > Voice

OS: Ubuntu 16.04- (4.4.0-185-generic)

i download plugin and extract it to ./mattermost/plugins/

Can you try installing through the system console or command line? Directly unpacking the plugin is no longer recommended.

when i try System Console get error:
"Unable to generate plugin webapp bundle."

massermost just run on port 8000 with tls

Does this happen for this plugin only?
It seems like it might be a problem with the MM installation (file permissions maybe?).
