답장을 했을때 상대방의 정보를 어떻게 불러올 수 있나요?

오픈채팅이 아닌곳에서는 잘 뜨는데 오픈채팅에선 뜨질 않네요.
channel.getUserInfo() 의 인자에 어떤식으로 넣어야 할지 잘 모르겠습니다.
