Add Multi-Signature Signer Component

The "Add Multi-Signature Signer" component allows the MultiSig Owner(Agent) to add a new signer to the newly created multisig wallet and automatically increment the thresholds.

The Owner is always in control--Upon adding a new signer, the Owners signing weight and threshold is automatically incremented to ensure that the new signer cannot act alone.

This component is part of the "Create Multi-Signature Wallet" flow.

Features

  • Collects source address, new signers public address, and the (The Owner of the Multi-Signature wallets) agents secret key.
  • Upon Submission, The Owner's signing weight and thresholds are incremented by 1.
  • The new signer's public addess is added to the list of signers with a weight of 1.
  • Provides a straightforward way to add new signers to a multi-signature wallet.

Configuration

  1. Install the Stellar SDK Version required for your project. We are using and recommend the latest Protocol 20 supported SDK.
  2. The CreateMultiSig component is required to run before using this component.
