Creating a "Playlist" of shows to play from

So, I've written a very simple addition to this extension that allows a user to create a playlist of shows to play from, rather than having to rely on being on the show's page in order to shuffle.

The addition also allows for the extension to keep track of the play history, so episodes won't repeat soon after the last time it played.

If you'd like to take a look at what I've done, and maybe give some feedback, or provide your own changes, I'd really like to see the changes be made official.
