AssembledTransaction is missing an ability to change the resourceFee

Right now there's no way to change resourceFee.
As a separate topic, I don't quite understand under what circumstances resourceFee is incorrect (refundable resource fee was not sufficient to cover the ledger storage rent error). I encountered it during writing tests, but can't reproduce it anymore unfortunately.
Currently, you need to do this and there's a discord thread discussion linked in the comment. Would be nice if we have a clear way of overriding resourceFee for the transaction, and maybe a recommendation why and when the default resourceFee is incorrect
