The default limit parameter affects streams, meaning that a stream is closed when 10 events are reached. I would expect such a stream to remain open indefinitely; the concept of limit here doesn't really make any sense to me.
I could not find a way to specify no limit. Is there one? I was only able to raise the limit to 200 before requests would fail.
