Issue sample code & URl resolution failure with non-www "steamship.com"

There are a number of dependancies in sample code that reference the non-www 'steamship.com' domain, which apparently has not been set for redirection or resolution by your DNS/Domain host. Most references to steamship.com fail to resolve entirely, which makes well-formed internal code dependancies that don't incorporate the www subdomain fail somewhat silently and without obvious resolution. I could point out the areas where several tutorials do this,but perhaps it would be more efficient just to remind you to redirect your 'naked' domain to www (or the other way around if that's how you guys roll.) :-).
