Assignment builder microscopy: Add information regarding the largest file size that can be uploaded

What is the largest file size that can be uploaded in the microscopy section? I have some large microscopy images and I got error messages that they were too big, but I'm not sure what the largest size is. We should add a note within the uploaded window.

@annagav - I'm not sure what the largest file size should be. Some of my microscopy images are really big - 14 MB, so we definitely need to limit the size. What is reasonable? (I know that you asked me to share a file wth you, but I'm not sure what you want me to share with you.)
