Beim Import ist bisher nur UTF-8 Kodierung für txt Dateien hinterlegt. Hier sollten wir einen einheitlichen Wert festlegen oder falls öfter Dateien mit verschiedenen Encodings importiert werden eine Auswahl des Zeichensatzes für den Import einbauen.
