Add the possibility to edit a mcp server configuration

Description

As a user I want to be able to change the configuration related to an mpc server

We decided to create a dedicated form for editing that would have the fields:

• Name
• Transport proxy
• Target Port
• Secrets
• Env Variables
• Storage Volumes
• Network isolations

Acceptance Criteria

• Any mcp server in the list or group can be edit
• Form has only the fields we discussed
• After the edit server it's going to be stopped and recreated

What happens if the user has set a docker version, they won't be able to change it after creation?

Also we are saying that command arg's will NEVER change. Personally I don't think that's realistic, and just removing two forms doesn't really change much (other than potentially causing issues later on).

If it were me, I would keep the forms the same.
