Unable to Link GitHub Account to StackBlitz (Stuck in Login Loop)

Description of Bug

I signed up for StackBlitz using my email, but I am unable to link my GitHub account. There is no option to add or link another account. When I try to log in with GitHub, I receive a message stating that my account has already been created and suggesting that I link the accounts. However, there is no way for me to do this, leaving me stuck in a loop.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Sign up for StackBlitz using an email account.
2. Try to link a GitHub account from the settings (no option available).
3. Attempt to log in using GitHub instead.
4. Receive a message stating that the account already exists and should be linked, but no way to do so.

Expected Behavior

There should be an option to link an existing GitHub account to an email-based StackBlitz account. If logging in with GitHub, the system should provide a way to merge accounts instead of blocking access.
