Wont let me log in on laptop

I keep getting this but i only want to use it on the laptop i am trying to log into - It looks like you're attempting to sign in to your existing StackBlitz account using a different provider
Please proceed by signing in with the provider you originally used, then you can add your new provider in the settings. If you signed up with email/password and are trying to sign in through another service (e.g. with a Github account), try logging in with your email and password.
