"The original transaction was not issued for this payment profile" when trying to refund

Hi,
I am using spree_gateway 3.1 ,
On creating a refund it sometimes gives me this error "The original transaction was not issued for this payment profile".

My issue is duplicate of the above issue , but that does not solve anything.
