Support the `chooseVisitors` option

It would be really great, if the SpotBugs maven plugin could support the chooseVisitors option of SpotBugs (see the official SpotBugs documentation), so disabled detectors could be used through the maven plugin. According to the maven plugin site, it's not available currently. If I just missed it and it's already available, the documentation needs to be updated.

@JuditKnoll If you have some cycles to spare, I agree this would be a nice addition and probably something you might be able to address. I've done a lot to clean up this code base so its not so foo groovy magic. I think you would want to add logic likely in the spotbugs mojo groovy file and follow how args are set along with logging. For a quick integration test, look at the other PR that was put out on this repo some time back as it generally shows a single integration test addition which should make it easy to apply (although that one didn't work due to structural issues here). If no cycles, that is ok, I can circle back on this when I get some time.
