CBB Database issue

When creating a CBB PBP database, get this message
✖ 12:30:55 | At least one invalid value passed to argument force_rebuild. Please try again with valid input.
ℹ 12:30:56 | You have 23326 games and are missing 1700.
✔ Database update completed

Does anyone know why it's missing games? Thanks!
