Hey! I'm glad you're here. I work to help build and improve the tools web developers use every day. I do this because I believe in building a better web, not only for my clients but for everyone. This means lots of work on various projects, much of it open source. I founded the Gatsby UC, make headless/decoupled content @ WPDecoupled, I maintain the WPGraphQL REPL, and more.

My goal is to work full-time on various open-source projects. The road to get there is through general contributions, consulting, and content.

General contributions

There are several predefined tiers available, but feel free to contribute a custom amount (one-time or recurring) that fits your budget. These regular contributions, no matter how small, help me focus on contributing to open source and creating more public content. These

Consulting

Not all folks can support me without more reciprocal benefits; If that sounds like you, my consulting services may be the solution.

When consulting for a client my goal is to enable you to make your project a resounding success. I do this by helping you know what you don't know. I ask questions, provide my experience, and act as a sounding board. Through this process, you will be able to refine project needs, ask the right questions, and make informed decisions.

As you start your next project, remember that all sales reps are looking to make a sale. The value I provide as an independent contractor is my honesty. My goal is to help you make informed decisions, not sell you on my widget. My clients get the whole of my opinions and experience, not just the ones that serve my bottom line.

Once you have decided on the technical solutions that meet your organization's needs, it is time for implementation. I specialize in providing specific coding solutions:

Consulting engagement

If you would like to engage me for consulting, the best way to get started is to sponsor me for a discovery consultation. During this 1-hour consult, we will discuss your project, answer initial questions, review my process, and examine how the engagement will work going forward.

The cost of this consult is an important support for all the work I do and also lets us have a complete conversation. Without it, we are limited to only discussing my process and how you would like to engage my services.
