Castle Game Engine is an open-source cross-platform (desktop, mobile, consoles) game engine for 3D and 2D games. We feature a powerful visual editor. We support for glTF, X3D, Spine and more. We have fast clean code using modern Pascal. This is a project of my life :) Our goal is to be the best open-source game engine.

I am also the author of view3dscene, a versatile 3D and 2D model viewer for all the formats supported by CGE, like glTF, X3D, Collada, Spine. It is useful for everyone who wants to inspect their models, play animations etc.

I wrote Modern Object Pascal Introduction for Programmers (sources on GitHub).

I work on the X3D standard. I wrote a number of proposals and I'm proud that Physically-Based Rendering and other material / lighting / texture upgrades is now part of the X3D 4.0 standard.

Each month I spend at least a weekend (usually more) to develop a new engine feature, collectively decided by my sponsors on GitHub and Patreon. This way you have a direct influence over the work I'm doing. Some features may result in new CGE "core" code, some of them may be in CGE Additional Components, so it's OK to even request something a bit out of scope of CGE -- as long as it's doable :)

This allows to automatically build games using Castle Game Engine for various platforms (Android and various desktop OS/CPU combinations), run tests, generate snapshots for testing (private or public), generate API documentation and more.
