I am an independent developer living in the United States with interests in video game development, retro hardware and optimization, among other things.
I am primarily known for my work in the speedrunning community for the SNES version of Final Fantasy IV, which has included extensive research into the game's code, as well as the following projects:
- FF4KB, a repository of information regarding the game, mostly in a speedrunning context.
- rosa, a tool to generate step routes for speedrunning the game.
- edge, a script to automatically speedrun the game used for testing strategies.
I have additional projects in mind, mostly not directly related to Final Fantasy IV, that I intend to work on during the next few years. Your sponsorship allows me to spend more time working on interesting open-source projects such as these.
