[HELP] Can not figure out which part to start of from

Hello, I usually developed Splunk Dashboards with Simple XML and now I am trying to figure out a way to make Splunk Dashboards with Python Codes. 

Can you recommend me steps on this Repo or Documents that I need to go over in order to achieve this goal?
