Add iOS Arrow Key Support (Like Ace)

Getting iOS arrow keys to work has been difficult for many IDEs. ACE found a solution with ajaxorg/ace#3172. Could this work here as well?

unfortunately, Monaco Editor has no support for Mobile OSes yet
