Register wallet

I staked stx and I was receiving btc on my electrum wallet. I used a differente derivation. Now I want to witthdraw my btc but my ledger is asking me to ''register wallet''. Even if I approuve my ledger is asking me to ''register wallet'' in a infinite loop over and over again.
Help me somebody please.

I cannot access anymore to the manual recovry with the link you gave me. I made a research and found a protocol (see pic). In fact, to be able to open my electrum I am doing this every time (the protocol on the pic). I made it again today. Even If my wallet is fully refresh the "register wallet" is coming back in a infinite on my ledger key. It seem I need to approuve the wallet policy (see pic).
