Description

Error received on the Start Button. LogSockets:Error: Unable to read full header for sample project

Expected behavior

  • Server connection and login.

Current behavior

  • A crash issue related to Server Try Join Game function

Possible solution

  • A crash issue related to Server Try Join Game function.

Steps to reproduce

  • Provide an unambiguous set of steps to reproduce this bug. Include code snippets if relevant.
  1. Android Cloud Server Debug Process
  2. Character name input and start button click on the UI Screen
  3. Crash Problem

  • Server connection and login

Please include your spatial diagnose output in full.

Hey @farunurisonmez

I am unable to reproduce this Android crash.
Could you provide us with the full Android log and also tell us how you built your apk?
Which texture formats did you try to build your game with?

Hey @jessicafalk

  • etc1 texture formats build has andoid crash error.
  • etc2 texture formats build has andoid crash error.
  • astc texture formats build has andoid crash error.

AndroidBuild_Log.txt

I am trying solutions for the problem, I will report

Hey @farunurisonmez
Thanks for the additional information. We will need the Android game logs as well. You can get those by using the Device Output Log inside the Unreal Editor while running the game on your phone. Make sure your phone is connected to the machine during that process.

How did you start the game on your phone? Did you use the Launch button?

Yes, my computer is connected to the phone and you can review the output log of this process.
