DOC: Change code.literal color

To be consistent with:

The motivation is that it's "not pretty"?

Thanks. I'm not in favor of changing from the default if that's the only reason.

CSS is to make things look pretty, so I cannot think of what other reason it can possibly have. 😆

I guess consistency with jwst is also nice. cc @melanieclarke

But if we end up changing the whole theme in the future anyway, then this issue is moot.

We made this change in jwst because the default red-orange is unnecessarily jarring, which calls unwarranted visual attention to literal text, impeding readability for the docs. I'd like to make this change here too for consistency with jwst and readability -- I think that's reason enough to change from the default.

YMMV! If consistency with jwst alone is not reason enough to make this small change, then let's leave this ticket here and use it as motivation to return to the discussion about updating the docs themes in general.
