pysqlite2 is now the standard python library module sqlite3, according to its own maintainers: https://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/PySqlite
It's used in one file: pandokia/db_sqlite.py, and mentioned in README.md and doc/source/programming_db.rst
Hopefully this is just a simple rename job.
