indent error in pcgi.py

@cslocum this new python3-build error is happening. I was hoping recent changes may have caused it:

The config file is:

    /installations/test_3/src/pandokia/pandokia/default_config.py

    you can find the config file at any time with the command "pdk config"

Odd, the indentation looks fine to me, and I had no problem installing it on glitch.
