Add DHS subarray names to subarray schema enum

Issue JP-3839 was created on JIRA by Tyler Pauly:

To support DHS mode for NIRCam, we need to add DHS-specific subarray names to our schemas, pairing with the read patterns already added in JP-3772. The subarrays to be added:

SUB41STRIPE1_DHS,
SUB82STRIPE2_DHS,
SUB164STRIPE4_DHS
SUB260STRIPE4_DHS

We may want to consider adding the "deprecated" subarray names mentioned in JWSTKD-583 - to be determined once DMS implementation of DHS mode is more concrete.
