Notebooks point to jwst-crds-pub which doesn ot exist #153

The notebooks instruct uses to set up the CRDS_SERVER_URL to point to jwst-crds-pub, but that server was decommissioned so the notebooks have to be corrected to point to the operations server jwst-crds
