bundle some supported version of openssl / libcrypto with the windows installer please

In the build guide it mentions what version is supposedly compatible.

but it seems openssl doesn't actually offer such old libs prebuilt, adding unnecessary steps to getting this application installed and running.

I recovered broken Windows CI. And I updated the zip file of nightly build, so you can use the DLLs in it.
If you build the Guitar yourself, you can use the DLLs in C:\Qt\Tools\OpenSSLv3\Win_x64\bin.
The build guide will be modified later.

If you cannot find the files, use libcrypto-3-x64.dll and libssl-3-x64.dll contained in the following file.
