Improve DataSource documentation

the documentation for a DataSource could be improved. Ideally there should be some prototype example that explains a minimal custom DataSource in the docs.

E.g. without looking into the nnabla code there is currently no way notice that a __getitem__ is performed using the hidden property _get_data.
