ts-vitest template broken

[awhitford]

The ts-vitest template does not work.

Follow these steps to reproduce:

1. pnpx degit solidjs/templates/ts-vitest aw-ts-vitest
2. cd aw-ts-vitest
3. pnpm install
4. pnpm test

3 tests fail
