The useAction primitive currently does not have its own dedicated reference page. Instead, there is just a brief mention of it in the action reference. This makes it challenging to find detailed information about this primitive, and I stumbled upon that section by chance.

To improve consistency, I propose creating a specific reference page for the useAction primitive that provides more comprehensive information. Additionally, the useAction section in the action reference could be removed.
