Update the example code in the cookbook

Hi,

Love developing on Solana and learned a lot in the past few months but comming from a php background and no real python or Typescript experience it's often that I run into outdated examples in the cookbook

Thus I would suggest to update the cookbook and have the ts errors thrown with for instance the versioned transaction as all examples I see are using the outdated way and I do get an error "depreciated this or that" but it would be so nice to have actual working examples.
