Instead of displaying a new gamestate as soon as it is received, there should be a configurable (with a speed slider) delay after which a new gamestate is displayed, so that a game played only by computer clients can be followed better.

It might make sense to also highlight the change to the previous game state somehow

Implemented without slider yet

Speed spinner is there, but there is no delay for live games.
