Fail to convert url to ProviderInfo

Describe the bug

If the parameter in the URL contains the character '/', it will cause the function ProviderInfo.toProviderInfo() to return an incorrect ProviderInfo.

Expected behavior

bolt://255.255.255.255:12200?version=1.0&accepts=100000&com.xxx/ver=1&uniqueId=

ProviderInfo:
{
"port": 12200,
"uniqueId":"",
...
}

Actual behavior

ProviderInfo:
{
"port": 80,
"uniqueId": null,
...
}
